First, we will start out the month with Easter.  Kennedy was so excited to see what the Easter bunny brought for her this year.

Oh so little.

Kennedy one day found some old knee highs of mine and wanted to play dress up with her "new" socks. She was hitting a fashion trend and didn't even know it.

Kennedy was in the car a lot this month go back and forth with my parents to the hospital.

I really like my pictures to go in order but this post is a bit out of order.  I was able to unload some pictures before blogger decided to have an issue with loading pictures in html format.

Before we had Lexi, Kennedy was obsessed with going to the park.  We decided to purchase a swing set and bring the park to us.  One of the main reasons we bought the play set, was I didn't plan on walking very far after having a second c-section.  Kennedy loved the idea of having her own park.

Blake took on the challenge to build the swing set himself.

He did this after we got home with Lexi from the hospital.

My grandma Connie offered to come help one day after coming home from the hospital.  I don't think she knew what she was getting into.  Kennedy conned Great Grandma to play "house" with the new play set.

Kennedy also picked up something.  She is "trying" to get milk for her play babies.

March 2012

I should have mentioned but my brother Colton and his wife Jordyn were expecting a baby.  She is having a girl and they are planning on naming her Harper.  My cousins, aunt, and grandma all helped throw her a cute shower.  This is how it turned out.

We had a pretty good selection.  Rolls, cupcakes, cold strawberry soup, fresh fruit,

lemon bars, nutella cheesecakse, and a wonton chicken salad.

We have also been in the process of finishing our base basement.  Kennedy loved helping daddy.

Hope she doesn't think this is okay to write on the walls all time.

Baby update:  Baby girl stoker is growing on target.  Weekly visits have begun.  Her hair is continuing to grow. Which is always positive.  I will be planning a scheduled c-section.  Target delivery date is 19 April.

February 2012

Kennedy and I made it for another trip down to the Discovery Gateway.  This time we took along grandma Karen and Great Grandma Connie.  It was a real treat to have them there with us.  I think Great Grandma Connie really enjoyed it.

They have this really cool water area with some water resistant aprons.  

Grandpa Bart is going to have to hire Kennedy out for hauling hay.

Baby Stoker update:  Baby Girl is developing well.  You can finally see the hair growing like seaweed on her tiny head.  So cute.  I was way excited to learn she had hair.  I was a bit worried cause of how much Kennedy had.  I wanted the same for this baby girl.

January 2012

On the observation of New Year's day we headed up to Hardware Ranch with Kennedy, my parents, and Blake's cousin's family.  It was a fun day, althought there were not many elk wintering at the ranch.  Winter wasn't very hard as you can tell from the hills being bare.

Kennedy went around with her crown singing a song she made up

called "Beautiful Princess."  I have some video it is pretty cute.  

Kennedy had a sleep over at grandma's and wanted to do her hair.  This is the result.

Baby Stoker Update:  Baby is developing on target.  Making great strides.  A happy healthy girl.
