November 2011

My sister-in-law Heidi asked if Kennedy wanted to go the Discovery Gateway. I said sure.  So we met them down there.  But it was an adventure.  Kennedy mentioned she didn't feel well when we left the house.  But I didn't think anything of it.  As we pulled in and started turning the corners in the underground parking of the Gateway, all the sudden she puked.  It was gross.  I am glad we were at the mall.  I ran into the Gap and bought a new outfit.  I was still carrying an extra set of pants and underwear for accidents.  So we were good there.  But I was not in the practice of packing an extra coat and shirt.

Jett and Kennedy

Kennedy didn't want Jett to drive.

I should hire him out.  Maybe Heidi can run him up once a week.

You can tell she still isn't feeling the best.

Rollin', Rollin', Rollin, Raw Hyde - Giddy Up!

She feel asleep awfully quick in the car ride home.  And slept
for two or more hours.  I guess she really didn't feel well.

This year was our turn to spend Thanksgiving with my side of the family.

Blake tried something new at a mission farewell.  So he decided to bring it.

My mom made some table place settings.
They turned out cute!

I also was asked to bring the jell-o salad.
It didn't turn out quite like I hoped, but it was edible.

Ellie and Kennedy.  Great Grandma Connie bought them
matching shirts while we were in St. George.

My Escape one day in the month of November hit 101,010 miles.  I thought it looked cool.  I really wanted to take a picture when I hit 100,000, but when I remembered I was like 100,005.  So just over.  Opps.  But the Escape is truckin' along.

Baby Stoker update:  Baby Stoker is growing great.  We were able to find out the sex, but I was not convienced.  The doctor told us we were to be expecting a GIRL. I will have the doctor double check the sex next visit for confirmation.  Baby Stoker is happy and healthy.

October 2011

Well, we thought it would all be fun to go as a family to St. George for the weekend to see Disney's Little Mermaid and Grease at Tuachuan.  Because of the size of the family, we rented a house.  It was great.  We were all together but then we also had our own little rooms to get away if needed.

The house had a pool and my grandma asked them to heat it since it ended up not
being warm. Well, Kennedy, Garrett, and Lew were the only ones that dared to get in.
They obviously did not heat the pool. Which ended up being a bummer.
Sharon (my aunt) and Colton

On Friday night Tuachuan was showing the Little Mermaid.  We debated whether to take Kennedy but we decided that she would not be able to sit through the 3 hour plus show.

Then on Sunday we spent the day at Zion National Park.  We went on a few small easy hikes.  It was hot.  But good times.

Good thing about being a kid.

My aunt Sharon told Kennedy that the water was chocolate milk.
She wanted a drink.  We had to convenience her not to drink it.

Riding the tram to the different hiking locations with Grandpa Bart.

My mom's work sometimes has a customer appreciate night.  This year it was at Black Island Farms.

Riding the tire Horse

Getting pulled on the tractor ride. She didn't want to ride by herself.

Blake's mom wanted an updated picture of their side of the family with everybody.  We all got together for some fun pictures.  But it is already outdated.

The Family also had pictures taken with their Utah Ute's attire.
Here is our family.

This year I also turned the BIG 30.  My mom came by during the day and hung a banner outside and dropped off some balloons.  My family came over and had some cake and ice cream.  Nothing too special.

This was on the garage advertising to the neighborhood.

With Blake's family we had a little pre-Halloween party.  Had some nachos and craved some pumpkins.  I carved the word Princess for Miss Kennedy.

I bought this pirate costume for the year before.  But when it arrived in the mail
and tried it on, it was HUGE. Needless tosay I saved for this year.

October Randoms
Ever since Kennedy really has been walking Colton has put those clips on
Kennedy's shirt.  So every time we go to grandma's and grandpa's
she put the clips on.  What a goober.

Kennedy thinks she is old enough to drive.
Looking smooth.

Also, we have a new arrival for April 2012.
Welcome Baby Stoker.
